About You

• As Technical Co-Founder, you own Tech and ML, shape our culture and own a significant part of the company.
• You believe you can change a $5T industry and have a strong entrepreneurial track record as former co-founder, early employee, or ML leader.
• You bring a track record of outstanding impact and build industry-changing products and organisations from scratch.
• You’re full stack and can own infra (at least short-term), and shape the stack per your ideals. Current stack: Vue.js, Flask, Postgres, Redis, Azure, different LLMs and audio models.
• You’ve developed your own leadership style and owned P&L before.
• You have an exceptionally strong, and reflected personal drive.
• You shipped RAG, agentic frameworks, fine-tuned models, or LLM-assisted products into prod.
• You learn really fast and execute with maniacal sense of urgency. You have an elite work ethic, are optimistic, and think from first principles.
• We hire by merit and where possible, optimise for diversity.
